The Sporting News just rated Fenway as number one ballpark in the majors, followed by PNC and Wrigley Field. While there is no place like Fenway is it really the best ballpark ( we feel that there are too many negatives to make it number one)? It’s an interesting read by the Sporting News, but do they really think that Citizens Bank Ballpark is a less than average stadium by ranking it #16? Is the Great American Ball Park really worse off than US Cellular? Would you really rather see a game at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City or Safeco in Seattle? There were quite a few head scratchers on this list. At least we are in consensus that the bottom 5 ballparks, because they do in fact suck.  Here is the link.
